This commemorative publication focuses on the stories of 11 people/families of the ancestors who contributed to the economic, cultural, and reproductive development of Costa Rica. It should be noted that the persons mentioned were born in Jamaica but died in the receiving country. A deep thank you to all the descendants of these immigrants who offered their time to share knowledge about their ancestors.
